Leading design across QuickBooks Lending—loan shopping, decisioning and repeat borrowing. Reframed the experience from isolated product pages to an intent-driven marketplace, using experiment-led design to scale growth. So far: 2x target loan volume, 12% more applications, 66% higher revenue.

Also led the migration of 3M+ contractors into a unified tax experience on QuickBooks Moneyzero escalations during tax season, 34% better task completion, and a modular system adopted across every version of QuickBooks.

Led the 0→1 design of QuickBooks Money on web—a subscription-free entry point for solopreneurs into a complex ecosystem. Owned product vision, information architecture, and cross-platform cohesion—later extended to further services (above). 65% signup-to-activation, 3x early transactions, 63% of transactions through web alone—still scaling three years later.
